My coaching philosophy is to provide for players of all ages a “healthy, positive environment” to allow them to grow into the player God designed them to be. 

 

I believe in focusing on a players’ strengths while helping THEM manage their weaknesses, for a “superior strength” will dwarf a players “most improved weakness”…..so focus on the “strengthening their strengths”.

The player will always take pride in their contribution to a team because they are always being reminded of what they are really good at doing!

The “Chaos Way” lines up with my style of coaching and style of play.  We hustle!  We run!  We put pressure on you!  We pitch and catch well!  We play solid defense! (It’s my job to help them manufacture enough runs)

 

Great Chaos teams have another piece in place…….”Chaos Girls give 110%....9,000% of the time”!!!!  It is “how the game should be played”, “how winners play” and “how winning teams play”.

There is no other way…..than “THE CHAOS WAY”!
